If you are thinking of starting this quest line for your personal tabard, it's worth knowing up front that the final quest requires you to fly round the dragon isles questioning 8 individual NPCs and you cannot speak to them unless you have done all the side quests related to that NPC. (Step 5 in slashtwo's post below).

So worth looking ahead to that quest first to see which NPCs you will need to speak to so you can start the quest line on a character that has already done most of the side quests related to them! (And one of them requires a chunk of the Onahran Plains main campaign to have been done even to unlock the side quests by the looks of things.)

I was lucky in that I started this one on my main and had actually done the sides for half the 8 characters so was only an extra 15 or so additional quests I needed to do... If I had started on one of my many alts it would have been a lot longer - or I would have had to abandon halfway through and then pick up on my main...
