Enter the big house with entrance at 31, 49. Take the first to the right and the Archives du Haut-val will be at the end with the coords 31, 46

confirmed...the in game quest helper will tell u this is turned in arie peak by the main fort but this is wrong.. U hand in the quest to the same gal u picked it up from. "Anchorite Traska" . co-ordinates are 32 42 (ish) inside the small building.
