Despite being reported as dropping from Radix I've killed him several without any loot at all dropping not even gray items like is listed on his Wowhead page.

From what I can tell there are three versions of Radix.
There's no WQ, the WQ Éveil des béhémoths being up and the other WQ Béhémoths endormis being up.

I can only guess that the version I am killing (No WQ) has zero loot and thus zero chance at dropping the Grimoire. I'll try coming back when the WQ is up and see if there's any change.

EDIT: I went to Radix on an alt in Chromie Time and War Mode to find Radix in stasis with no WQs up. He dropped the Grimoire. Happy hunting!

I killed the mon while in stasis and got nothing. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here...

This drop is either bugged or requires a very specific set of circumstances to drop, which isn't quite clear yet. Could just be as simple as a WQ needs to be up so the mob spawns in stasis rather than not.

Edit - can confirm like others have mentioned that the world quest Béhémoths endormis is required to be up in order for Grimoire du tyran infâme to drop. Seems as simple as that.

If the world quest is not up, don't bother camping and killing over and over again.

Dropped for me on first attempt with Béhémoths endormis being up. He was in stasis.
