Once combined you will create the item Clair de lune coalescent, which you will use near the "Feral Dreamstone".
The "Feral Dreamstone" is in the "Emerald Dream" (41.67, 66.91) Located on the Ground.

After using it, a Griffe bénie par la Lune will appear where the Feral Dreamstone was, and if you use it, you will unlock a new Feral apparence in the barbershop.
