These can be obtained from Rin'wosho inside of the Zul'Gurub dungeon, in exchange for various troll coins.
You'll need at least one of each from the following sets before he'll offer a repeatable quest to exchange them:

Pièce zulienne + Pièce Razzashi + Pièce hakkari → Pièces zuliennes, razzashi et hakkari
Pièce furie-des-sables + Pièce casse-crâne + Pièce scalp-rouge → Pièces furie-des-sables, casse-crânes et scalps-rouges
Pièce Gurubashi + Pièce vilebranche + Pièce fanécorce → Pièces gurubashi, vilebranches et fânécorces

Additional Notes:

Coins have a chance to drop from trolls inside the Zul'gurub Heroic Dungeon after earning Reliques d’un empire déchu.
Tribut gurubashi tend to have 2-5 coins each.
They can also be fished directly from the waters in the dungeon, or from caches like Porte-monnaie de parangons, which can also be fished from the waters or drop off trolls.
They're purchasable from the Auction House, and appear to be a Region-Wide Commodity.

For me tokens harder to get then bijous, because it doesn't drop from bosses. After few Zul'Gurub clears I found what neutral mobs, like Gurubashi Villager, have pretty good chance to drop coins (to exchange for tokens). Killing them is fastest way to get tokens (from my experience).

The version of Rin'wosho le Marchand that appears inside the Zul'Gurub dungeon near the entrance will only offer this quests to earn tokens to you if you have all the required items in your inventory. If you're missing one of the three required coins he will not show the quest marker nor will he offer the quest when talked to.

Super easy as a rogue! Pickpocket all villagers and refugees, wait awhile and pickpocket them again till you get all the coins you need. You can also kill them once you're sick of pickpocket if you like haha
