For all of those who are wondering, I got one of these mining in the zone. FWIW, it was a Titan Touched Draconium Ore Node.

Edit: I bought some more off of the AH. Also, I got a key from my 2nd Tectonus kill of the day.

You use this item in a shallow cave at /way 43, 51 . Look for a sparkling/ highlighted (depending on your highlight settings) item to click at the back of the cave, looking like a node of ore. Clicking it consumes your item. If the interactable object isn't there, it should respawn within 8 minutes.

After the first few weeks, this is now basically one of the cheapest ways to spawn and farm keys for your Vault. The crystal takes ~8 minutes to respawn, and they're less than 50G in the auction house.
