Used this item to craft Cerf-volant de Morqut traditionnel and then interacted with the Poteau à cerfs-volants roharts at 31.18, 53.42 in the Forbidden Reach to spawn Gareed. Died pretty quick and I got a message saying, "Your Summoner's Luck has granted you extra loot." I looted Trame-sauvagex4, Rouleau de trame-sauvage chatoyantex3 rank 3, Plume-de-vent parfaite, a Éclat de connaissance draconique, Trempe d’artisanatx5, Air agitéx3 and a Serre aux longs ergots. The Poteau à cerfs-volants roharts respawned in the same spot before the corpse disappeared.

Edit: The kite is single use. I multicrafted one extra and used it as well, but only got the Plume-de-vent parfaite, Éclat de connaissance draconique and Trempe d’artisanat the first time. Unsure if the Plume-de-vent parfaite is once a week, but the Éclat de connaissance draconique is probably just normal rare rng.
