I got the Prestine Pelt from a random mob without being Leatherworker.
Vendored it.

I can get a character to level 70 and farm gear with GS 470 faster than this item. the drop chance is terrible. I often get the rare items for all other professions several times within a few hours, but for this item I need several days, if not a whole week.
