First bracket shows cache worth with EU Median Price.
Second bracket shows cache worth with Median Price from EU-Blackhand server to show a server specific deviation.
A tilde means it's a mean value because it's RNG dependant on how many or which materials drop from the cache.
These prices don't neccesarily show how much you will be able to get from a cache in your auction house, but only to show a ranking which caches are probably worth more than others, and how much difference there is.
