Missing the bugged Mawsworn Shackles and this item and I'm already exalted via grinding rares every day ... not sure what to say about the drop rate. If you are an achievement hunter, beware, this achievement seems like an utter maddening rng fest.

Obtained one in perdition hold while looting the elite mob from the wrath of the jailers event. was a large group of mobs from that area some im not sure if it was from that elite or the area elites.

Of course, this one drops for an alt on one of their first trips to the Maw from a good old Entraveur antrelige - and it is the last friggin' thing I need on my main for the Les intentions de la mort - because of course it does.

I have been hunting this item for months by just killing mobs, elites and rares with no luck. I then looked more closely at the drop rates and noted that Garde sombre antrelige had a slightly higher drop rate, I got curious... by looking at the comments for that npc, I noted a tip to make a macro for these - stealthed! - mobs. I did one better and added the npc to the add-on NPCScan and on the fourth kill, this blasted item finally dropped and I got my Les intentions de la mort! Onwards and upwards!
