For those that are endlessly searching for "N'Zoth Cultists", they are referring to the Acolytes of N'Zoth Acolyte de N'Zoth. They are located in both the Vale of Eternal Blossoms and Uldum, but I personally looted the patterns from the Vale area. All four leather patterns dropped within 30 minutes.

So was going through and collecting some of the patterns I didn't have. Look in Uldum and Vale of Eternal Blossoms, and couldn't find the ones it was meant to drop from.
Then was doing the "Vision of N'Zoth" (the daily that shows up in either location and you go through the little portal thing. Well,..colour me silly,....three of the ones I wanted all dropped inside and the NPC's I was looking for were there.
So if you're like me,...try going in there first.
I got Patron : Jambières troublantes en cuir des tourbières , Patron : Bottes troublantes en écailles rocheuses and Patron : Grèves troublantes en écailles rocheuses - all in the space of about 2 minutes.
