Profiler How Decor Treasure Hunt Quests Work

All treasure hunt quests include a three-sentence riddle pointing to a location, and once you find that location, you will dig there for a housing decor piece.

One quest is available every day for each Housing Plot you have, so 1 Founder's Point treasure hunt and 1 Razorwind Shores treasure hunt per day, per character.
Which quest will be offered is entirely random—quests will be different from person to person.

At Founder's Point, I found the treasure (clue refers to the lonely dock and former oyster hunters, across the Bight), at the island southeast of the where the smuggler vendors can be found. There is a small dock there and the place to dig is pretty obvious soil patch.

As other posters have said, the patch of dirt that you need to dig is relatively obvious. Once you dig, a treasure chest will appear with a quest question mark over it - interact with that to turn in the quest and you will receive the piece. I had a small issue the first time (probably because I flew off before I saw the chest) and couldn't figure out where to turn it in, so when I came back it was a little bugged. I just waited a few extra moments and the chest disappeared. I could re-dig the patch of dirt, which then gave me the chest that i could interact with.

FYI they can out of the blue circle range. I had the wooden door one and it was way up in the mountains beyond the quest circle, but the way point was correct.

Head south to Brumewood Hollow just a bit to the northwest of the smugglers hocking Horde housing items. You'll see single bell hanging from a wooden arch. Just behind the bell is a very obvious dirt pile.

After getting this quest on all alts from both factions daily for several days it just stopped being offered ... Its now the 3d day in a row now with no TReasure Hunt Quest :(. Making daily Bug Reports instead.

I figured out why alts are getting the wrong faction's quests/zone.

If you use "Teleport to Plot" on a character that doesn't have their own plot, it will port you to a plot of another character. I only have one atm, but my horde alts will plot teleport to alliance side.
Will test later and see if 1 horde alt with a plot will be the teleport location for horde alts.

Neighborhood Decor Treasure Hunt Quests Are NOT Repeatable Once Completed

There’s been a lot of confusion about whether the Neighborhood Decor Treasure Hunt Quests are repeatable. I hadn’t gotten one in a long time, so I opened several tickets with Blizzard, and I finally received a clear answer from a GM confirming how they work.

Short version:
There are a limited number of Treasure Hunt quests per neighborhood. Once you complete them and receive the items, they will NOT appear again. This is intended behavior, not a bug.

For this reason, I have reviewed your case in depth and looked for any possible way to handle this situation and I can confirm that there are a limited number of Decor Treasure Hunt quests available in each neighborhood. Therefore, this seems to be something intended, as if you have completed all of them for that neighborhood, they will not appear again.

Hopefully this clears things up for anyone wondering why these quests stopped showing up. If your Treasure Hunts disappeared, it simply means you’ve completed the available ones for your neighborhood.

"Sturdy Wooden Interior Door" actually comes up as "Sturdy Wooden Door" in-game.

The coordinates for

Beyond smugglers cove. Wrecks hide a sunken saloon. Look for the good stuff

are slightly off. The chest is behind the tortollan trader in the saloon at /way 61.90 82.48.

Some of the clues are very confusing!
Without the videos I would still be flying around looking for a lot of decor.
