My fav event is probably Children's week. I have a softspot for non combat pets and every year I get a new one from Childrens Week so i really enjoy that. 172 non combat pets and counting!
BY FAR! best IMO is pilgrims bounty, food fights? exploding turkey lurkey!...an self sacrificing turkey /cast campfire = winnot only do i think this is the best for theatrics but superier in character improvements. practically free 1 to 350 cookin skill is a MEGA time saver compared to all the other seasonal boss loots.im an altoholic an this is my season. FOOOOOOD FIIIIGHT!
This is really hard to answer for me, as i really like Hallow's End, Winter Veil, and Noble Gardener...but if i had to decide one, probably Winter Veil.Reasons for that are:1. Everyone is A LOT happier, including the citizens of Azeroth, and on my server they're usually all trolls until that time of the year.2. The scenery, I love the setting and the design Blizzard implemented for it.3. The achievements are fun and enjoyable.4. Opening presents is always fun.5. I can finally put that gift wrapping you can buy from the vendors to use! I would make presents for guildies and friends each year, stuff like shirts, companion pets, etc.Overall, its a great holiday in WoW and real life, everyone gets together even friend or foe to enjoy the season and spirit. :)
My favorite has always been Hallow's End. I believe it was the first holiday I experienced at max level, and it always dangled that crazy multi mode mount, and the boss is in part of SM, which is probably my favorite vanilla dungeon. Funny, since I really don't care for Halloween.
Most definitely Winter Veil, even though every holiday is fun, but its best time of the year outside of WoW and certainly fun during WoW. Always turning my mount into a reindeer and with my companion too along the side. Swooping down and throwing snowballs at the horde in Undercity or Orgrimmar. Most of all, getting a new present each year. All it is missing is a boss to defeat, maybe a Grinch like one, would make this holiday worth waiting for. Can't wait for it to come. :)
My favorite holiday is Feast of Winter Veil, because we get a awesome item from Greatfather Winter every year. And i got all items all the way back to the 2007 Clockwork Rocket Bot. And i like presents :P
Hallows End
My favorite is definitely Hallow's End because of the extra emphasis on the Forsaken. While I play a Tauren main, the Undead are secretly my favorites. It's nice to see some extra activity around the Undercity during Hallow's End.
My favourite WoW holiday is Pilgrims Bounty, because it's the first one I took part in after joining the game.
Mine would have to be Brewfest, and I started out hating it and not wanting to do it. I started playing shortly before the holiday, so I wasn't really aware of achievements and such. I haven't drank any alcohol in 8 years so why would I want to do that in a game? By the next year I had really gotten a handle on the game and was into doing as many achievements as I could. I decided to get involved in the holiday event.Brewfest is the best because you have an opportunity to get a mount from the opposite faction (which I still have not gotten, argh!). Also, the beer run is a real test of skill avoiding objects, jumping, turning, etc. With practice, you can do very well in earning the tokens. That's my type of fun. Plus, being able to run really fast is great, although no matter what toon I do it on, I always feel slow as a snail when I finish.Fortunately, this game hasn't driven me back to drinking.
The Summer Fire FestivalI remember going around to all of Kalmidor, Eastern Kingdoms and Outland to honor the flames with my roommate; It was an epic two days that I will remember forever.
Brewfest is my favorite, i love the musicYou gotta love the holiday that mimics your lifestyle, drinking til you puke, drinking so much you see mini pink elephants, trying to ride goats aka rams, and of course who can forget the beer goggles. This time of the year is always a time to remember.Brewfest=GoodGreat times
I love brewfest the most how can u not love to get hammered and a chance at awesome mounts and hilarious weapons/trinkets
Winter Veil. I love the Christmas theme, getting the cool cars and zeppelins from the Santa npc. And I like to take that time to mail wrapped gifts to friends and guildies. It's as close as you can get to the real world Christmas in a video game.
Hallow's End - it is my favorite holiday period. :)
