I asked someone to help me do the quest at 19, and I got the wand :D It''s better for priests because with talents they can get 36,25 wand dps, but also good for any other caster! It's very powerful.
It doesn't destroy everything in a few seconds or something, but it does very nice hits and costs no mana.

I went on the Run with a level 52 so i was lucky enough to do the quest that rewards this bad boy :D i was only level 25 i think so it was great for my level, i still use it now when i am level 31 and i think its better then the Excavation Wand that you get in the wetlands.

I joined a pickup group that needed a healer, and someone shared this quest with me. When I turned the quest in, I couldn't believe how good this wand was for the level I got it at! Every priest should pick this up when leveling in the 20's.

And i like the Glow when u are using it .. it lights up the area around you , good for making places like Darkshire more homely :P

Still using it at lvl 33 cause the one I can buy is not MUCH better and I don't want to spend 10+g just for another wand which is slightly better

Most likely your first wand that has actual stats on it and not just flat damage, making it a massive upgrade from other wands even if your old wand's damage was not that far off. I just got mine and couldn't be happier!
