To gain exalted from Comp Stomp wins alone you will need:

56 Wins (No rep buff)
5 mins a game
6 hours 40 mins total (more including Queue time)

What you get:

Night Fae characters can use this brawl to hard farm four pvp-dropped souls: Cobra Soul, Shoveltusk Soul, Wyvern Soul, Gryphon Soul.

For those wondering what this event on the calendar is, it is basically PvP for PvE players - you play against an AI rather than actual players (and not a very intelligent one at that).

The event is very quick to do (less than 10 minutes a run). It can be used to farm rep, Mark of Honor tokens for transmog gear from the PvP vendors, Souls for Night Fae covenant in the Shadowlands expansion, rare fish for the Mechagon achievement in BfA, and the Arathi Basin achievements.

I did a dozen of Arathi Comp Stomps with well-gear friends. We are able to 5-cap consistently. It took an average of 11.43 minutes per win, as we have nearly instant queues.

At this rate, if we were to do it non-stop, we could have no more than 5.25 Comp Stomp wins per hour.

Friends and I have noticed several times when leaving the brawl and porting back into Valdrakken, that the guards are hostile to only us (one of us at a time usually), and proceed to kill us. If we get rezzed, then they're friendly. Anyone else experience this?

While the bots aren't too hard these days, and their routines are predictable, if you're unfamiliar with them there are a few things you need to be aware of. Firstly they cheat. They are not subject to many of the rules and restrictions players have and they can do things they can't do.

They're not overly intelligent and follow the same basic routines so the match isn't hard unless you've got a completely incompetent team, but there's one exception. If you're a healer other than a Druid, you're going to have a bad time. They are programmed to shut healers down like Terminators. They have omnipotent awareness and immediately know when anyone's casting a heal. Their response is to immediately interrupt you and dogpile you if they aren't already. I have literally seen multiple situations as a healer where I'm at 40 yards from the team who are dogpiling a single bot and .5 seconds into beginning a cast the bot snaps 180 and interrupts me despite my entire team beating on them. Their reaction times are ridiculous. I've also been interrupted .1 second into a cast. It's un-freaking-real. And because their abilities have little to no CD, you'll be interrupted again, and again, and again, and again. Even if you're not casting you'll find yourself the target of every debuff and CC they can spam on you. Don't go in undergeared on a healer. You will seriously regret it.

Here is a list of observed cheating behavior and may not be all-encompassing:

Can pop self-heals at will, like they have unlimited health potions.
Abilities have little to no cooldown. Be prepared for constant CC against you.
CC is useless against them because they will either immediately break it or are just straight-up immune, depending on the particular CC.
Can completely ignore LOS. Standing inside a building or on the other side of a wall means nothing to them. They'll still cast on/attack you.
Can cast anything while moving. They can also jump off a cliff and slowfall down while still casting things on you that are not instant casts.
Resources mean nothing. Mana, Energy, Rage? They completely and utterly ignore them. They can be empty and still use abilities on you.
Can run up vertical walls.
Have inhuman reaction times.
Have an omnipotent awareness of everything around them and what's going on.

Probably the most efficient way to farm Mark of Honor now (especially as non-PVPers). This event is players vs bots (NPC enemies) in Arathi Basin, and each match is less than 10 minutes.

1. Wait for event to be up (look for when it's scheduled in the calendar. It's every few months.)
2. Pick up Something Different from dungeon journal. Gives 5 Mark of Honor (+2 at match end). Doable 1x per max level character every Comp Stomp.
3. (Optional) Drink Vicious Flask of Honor for more honor from farming the bots. Even guarding the bases, the honor just rolls in. You'll get 500 - 600+ honor depending on how long the match lasts.
4. Queue for Comp Stomp, win vs bots, turn in quest at /way #2339 58.8 75.2 Ruffious in Dornogal.
5. Rinse and repeat with every max level alt, if you want.

If you don't have a lot of max level alts, you can also just spam Comp Stomp on the same character. Without the weekly, you get 2 Mark of Honor = 1 in bags + 1 more from the Glorious Contender's Strongbox at the end.
If you do this, you'll also be earning a bunch of Honor you can convert into more Mark of Honor if you like. Go to Velerd at /way #2339 55.0 76.4 Velerd in Dornogal. You can buy Algari Distinguishment containing 5 Mark of Honor for 2k Honor.

* PvP Brawl: Comp Stomp Notes:

Yes, you do have to guard each base you capture. The bots will sneak up and cap. 1 guard per. As sentry, the most common phrases you'll use are: "lm 3" for 3 attackers at lumber mill, so people know how many need to come to help, and "lm clear" right after the attackers are dead, so people don't waste time going there. Also "big inc bs", for example, if you see a huge group going into blacksmith. Remember you can also ping incoming attackers so people nearby will notice. (Default ping key is G.) If you can only guard 1, make it blacksmith. It lets people respawn close to everywhere.
You will usually have (and want) 5 bases owned in these bot fights. If you keep losing unguarded nodes to sneak caps, it will take that much longer to finish each game.
It's not a complete walkover, so don't afk--your team needs you! As of the current tuning, bots hit pretty hard (especially if people are on low-geared alts).
For Freya's sake, at the start of the game do NOT throw the enemy off the cliff at lumber mill when you match them in numbers and have hero going. All that happens is you wasted hero and your team's CDs, and the bots go to BS to reinforce their fellow bots there and overrun the portion of your team that was there. Just kill them.
