: Emblems of Triumph & Frost conversion rate has been upped to 11.58 Justice Points per Emblem. The Above-the-cap money conversion has been reduced to 47s 50c, down from 2g.
Just yesterday Blizzard announced that the currency changes originally planned for
Cataclysm
are going to be included in the next - and last - major content patch for
Wrath of the Lich King

Couple of things to note:
When the patch that introduces this goes live, there will be only a soft cap on the amount of Honor/Justice points. If you have enough currency to gain more than 4,000, you will.
A future patch will implement the hard cap. Any extra points will be converted to money (1 Honor = , 1 Justice = )
