This drops the pet Brebaje de caldero
I got it after opening 178 Ofrenda equilibradas.

I bought enough for 220 turn-ins and turned them in in big batches. Pretty sure the one I got it from, was gotten at a later turn-in, so closer to 200, but either way, I finally have it.
The 3 needed items are:

It netted me 9993 Marga de luz del Vacío and 8 Tinte de hogar azul, 13 Tinte de hogar rojo, and 10 Tinte de hogar verde in addition to the pet.

To make it easier, I used a set of macros for the turn-ins.
I have an addon, that auto accepts quests and picks dialog option, if there's only one. Without those, you'll need an additional macro to take the quest and use the gossip-macro twice.
I used the 3 macros in this order, as that prevents a miss-click once you're out of a reagent.

/run GossipFrame:SelectGossipOption(3)
/run GossipFrame:SelectGossipOption(2)
/run GossipFrame:SelectGossipOption(1)

To open the offerings, I used this macro:
#showtooltip
/use Balanced Offering

I can confirm the pet is indeed cageable and not a combat pet.

Hi all

When i Open treasue Vaso canope agrietado i Loot Puñado de ingredientes esotéricos, and this is start Quest Ingredientes esotéricos, Quest is simple Fly /way 61.26 32.88, and speak with Ofi la Astuta they fly to /way 57.43 48.68, to return Quest.

You will Get from Her Puñado de ingredientes esotéricos. Now accept new Daily Quest Mezclar misterios then speak with NPC to offer 3 ingredients but befor offer open Puñado de ingredientes esotéricos to get 3 ingredients, I wasn't that clever and i use my ingredients xD .

When You will give 3 ingredients will spown Ofrenda misteriosa then finish quest and You will get Ofrenda frágil i loot from it 28 Voidlight Marl but loot from this Daily Quest is a part of Maestro mezclador misterioso.

See My Video if need it for full Achievement run - https://youtu.be/qSfzpADXSZs
See My Video if need it to how to open Mezclar misterios Quest - https://youtu.be/JA3AKrq8Lvc

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How do Maestro mezclador misterioso ? i Very simple and You can do it in 1h:

Is only 10 combination, to do them You need collect: 10 Pluma de sierpe, 10 Nudillo ancestral and 10 Perla de sangre nubosa where You can find ingredients ? simple:

- Pluma de sierpe loot from Adorno con coágulos venenosos - close to lava/poisoned area
- Perla de sangre nubosa loot from Caparazón cantarín - very close to water area.
- Nudillo ancestral loot from Vaso canope agrietado - almost all over the map

Now When you collect all ingredients first do Quest to open this Quest Mezclar misterios then start mixing:

- 3 x Pluma de sierpe = You will get - Ofrenda flemática
- 2 x Pluma de sierpe 1 x Nudillo ancestral = Ofrenda pestilente
- 2 x Pluma de sierpe 1 x Perla de sangre nubosa = Ofrenda odiosa
- 1 x Pluma de sierpe 1 x Perla de sangre nubosa 1 x Nudillo ancestral = Ofrenda equilibrada
- 3 x Nudillo ancestral = Ofrenda melancólica
- 2 x Nudillo ancestral 1 x Perla de sangre nubosa = Ofrenda frágil
- 2 x Nudillo ancestral 1 x Pluma de sierpe = Ofrenda espeluznante
- 3x Perla de sangre nubosa = Ofrenda colérica
- 2x Perla de sangre nubosa 1 x Nudillo ancestral = Ofrenda volátil
- 2x Perla de sangre nubosa 1 x Pluma de sierpe = Ofrenda virulenta

When You finish Maestro mezclador misterioso You will get as well Mysterious Voodoo Mask.

Hope That Help YOu :)

Here's a macro you can spam for farming the pet.
/cleartarget
/tar Ofi the Sly
/tar Mysterious Offering
/run c=C_GossipInfo c.SelectAvailableQuest(97016)AcceptQuest()for _,o in pairs({140342,140346,140357,140368})do c.SelectOption(o)end GetQuestReward()C_Item.UseItemByName(277937)
It has a limitation because Blizzard doesn't allow to interact with NPCs from a macro, so you must combine it with interacting with the targets manually:

using the interact with target keybind, alternating: ...; or
right clicking in front of Ofi la Astuta in a point that overlaps with Ofrenda misteriosa so you can click on both: ...

I couldn't fit any failsafe or warning in the macro, but it simply stops progressing once you're missing any of the ingredients.
The macro should work in languages other than English, just be sure to adapt the names of Ofi la Astuta and Ofrenda misteriosa in the /tar commands.

Update: Added the right click alternative for interacting.

Gwez's macro (just the /run line) + quick quest + bind the macro & mouseover interact to scroll wheel = spam scroll wheel and repeat. best way i found

Got the pet after 196 turn-ins. Took under an hour. Only spent roughly 6k from buying mats on AH on my server (total). Good luck and may the RNGods be ever in your favor.
