The additional Skill and Paragon points must be re-earned at the start of your journey.Comment by JoveyIn usual Blizzard fashion they list a bunch of great changes and then the Monkey's Paw is hidden towards the bottom. As the blog states, you'll get skill points and paragon points when reaching certain ranks of the season rank system. The altars themselves only give minor XP gains and other misc rewards - no permanent stats/power like they do currently.Comment by ClayrI recommend reading the "Introducing Season Rank" section of the actual blog post. I was salty about the renown change until I read the full changes for it, it sounds fine if I understand it correctly. Only 1 temper per item will destroy virtually every build that requires CDR reduction tempers to evade or ultimates.
