Diablo 4 Patch 2.2.0 Datamined Changes - All Class and Item Changes coming with Season 8

We've been hard at work datamining all the new changes for Diablo 4's Patch 2.2.0 Patch! Take a look at the raw data we've gathered below, comparing differences between the latest PTR build and the live patch.
This datamined information comes directly from the Diablo 4 client. While some of it may differ from what was described in patch notes, this is the current information in the Patch 2.2.0 client.
These changes may have already entered the game due to the nature of Blizzard's release process - while the items aren't necessarily new to this specific patch release, they are new to the latest comparison of patch changes.
Here are the datamined changes for build 2.2.0.64271, compared to 2.2.0.63033.
Fury Cost: 25 20
Sweep your weapons from opposite directions, dealing 60% 66% damage with each weapon. Enemies caught in the center are damaged by both.
Fury Cost: 35 30
Slam your hammer down with the fury of the Ancients, dealing 90% 98% damage to a concentrated area.
Fury Cost: 35 30
Throw out a trio of chains that deal 35% 80% damage and Pull In enemies.
Fury Cost: 40 35
Tear into the ground with your weapon and fling debris forward, dealing 120% 132% damage.
Rapidly attack surrounding enemies for 33% 52% damage.
Basic Skills generate 6% 10%\ more Spirit.
Passive: Powerful winds surround you, granting 15.0% 20.0% Non-Physical Damage Reduction.
Cause your attacks to be guaranteed Critical Strikes and deal 50%\ increased Critical Strike Damage for 5 seconds
Casting or Channeling an Earth Skill has a 40% chance to trigger a free Storm Skill of the same category, and vice versa.
Passive: Summon 1 poison creeper to periodically emerge from the ground every 7 seconds, applying 47% 65% Poisoning damage over 6 seconds to an enemy in the area.
Active: Vines strangle all enemies surrounding you, Immobilizing them for 2 seconds and Poisoning them for 126% 180% damage over 2 seconds.
Passive: Summon 1 Raven to fly above you, attacking enemies for 31% 90% damage every 5 seconds.
If Blood Lance hits a lanced enemy, it deals 100% increased damage and applies the lanced effect to another surrounding enemy. enemy, and if it initially hit a lanced enemy, it deals 100% increased damage.
Conjure a tidal wave of blood that deals 450% 500% damage and Knocks Back enemies.

Poison
Every 3rd cast of Puncture will also ricochet up to 2 times. Critical Strikes will always ricochet.
Enemies hit by Death Trap take 50% 20%\ increased damage from your Trap Skills for 8 seconds.
Your Overpowers will spawn an Earthquake every 4 seconds that deals \ Physical damage over 4 seconds. Your Earthquake damage is increased by 15% 5%\ for every 100 Strength you have. have, up to 200%\.
Storm Strike's damage is increased by 50%\ chains to twice as many targets and increases the damage the target takes targets take from your other Skills by \ \]%\ for 6 seconds.
