I got Trottel as a reward for a Shipping & Handling Job Streak. (There's a chance that this drop requires the "Expert Haggler" perk which is unlocked by reaching Renown 8 with Die Kartelle von Lorenhall)

Shipping & Handling are the delivery jobs you start in your 99-G-Genickbrecher car in Lorenhall. A Job Streak (shown as a progress bar as soon as you begin the first job) is finished when you complete 9 of them consecutively (you can do other stuff in-between, but do not stop doing jobs with the Ausstempeln button in your car).

The flavor text on this guy is a reference to 621 from Armored Core 6, said by Handler Walter in one of the earlier dialogue scenes. Was wondering if there'd be any RAD references this patch but any AC shout out is a win in my book!

Did 10 Shipping & Handling missions in a row. Got Trottel from the last mission before my Gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Pause.

Was during Surge Pricing event. Did not have a cartel chosen for the week when I did the missions.
