Player... Renting? - Undermine Side Quest Spotlight

Amidst the chaotic city life of Undermine, players can get a ""preview"" of the upcoming player housing feature with the newest amenity: apartment renting!
While the main story of Undermine takes us across the zone battling oppression at the hands of Gallywix and his goons, a stray flyer offers a much simpler job. In exchange for using our skills as an adventurer to act as hired security, we will be given access to our very own apartment!
The instructions lead us to the Barrelbottoms apartment complex, where we find its "benevolent" landlord Moz arguing with one of its tenants named Mama Keara about local dangers. Despite the flyers, Moz has no idea what we're talking about, and we instead follow the argumentative tenant upstairs to hear her plea.
According to Mama Keara, the local biker gang called the Underriders has been stirring up trouble in the neighborhood, trashing apartments and attacking residents, and Moz seems more concerned with draining the pockets of his tenants then solving the problem. As part of our deal, she sends us to handle the bikers, keeping it a secret from the landlord.

Amidst dealing with the Underriders and freeing the tenants they kidnapped, we find a letter attached to one of their weapon caches, written by one Moz. In truth, he was the one hiring the bikers to keep his tenants desperate and in need of protection. Letter in hand, we then return to find Barrelbottom apartments trashed -- from the inside.
With many of its residents dead or injured, we find a battered Mama Keara inside and reveal the truth to her. Finally fed up with being pushed around, she asks of us a much simpler task: take the deed to the Barrelbottom apartments from Moz. After finding him in his office and defeating his (very stylish) hobgoblin bodyguard, we knock Moz out cold and bring the deed to Mama Keara, granting her ownership of the apartment complex.
As thanks for our services, Mama Keara grants us our very own penthouse apartment, free of charge. With its own custom 'innkeeper', players get their first taste of a personal living space in game -- however shabby it might be. Let's just hope Player Housing doesn't come with rent.
