Sold by a tabard vendor.

If you don't have a guild, it will appear as Gray. Every time you switch guilds your tabard automatically switchs too. You can also make your own tabart which costs 10gold.

Are guild tabards Soulbound?

Kommentar von 147934

Things you need for a good Guild:

a Tabard design— Costs 10g
Tabards
and a Guild Vault—Costs 100g, than 200g for the next tab etc.

oh yeah…and um Members

Hunter weapon!

Im sure this is a dumb question but does anyone know if a guild can have more than one tabbard designs?

Kommentar von marcimi

This tabard counts for the Twenty-Five Tabards Achievement.

Kommentar von 88189

If you want to know how your guild's tabard looks like you can get it linked from anyone, even from people not in your guild, and see how it looks on you. The tabard will change to the pattern of your guild. You can also use wowhead's "Link" function to see how it looks.

Tabard Vendors are in all major cities, if you are guild creator you can design and purchase unlimited amount of guild tabards and you can change its design later when you dont like it.
Costs 10 gold.

I have uploaded images of tabard and design interface.

If i don't have guild and by tabard can i color it or it stay gray ?

Kommentar von Malk67

Also one thing to remember is that in order to start a guild you'll need 9 other people to sign the guild charter (i.e. 9 seperate toons not on your account). This tends to be done in trade of all places (not like there's a legitimate chanel for it or anything). I've seen people offer up to 10g for people to sign their charter with the option to drop out once the charter recieves all 10 "signatures".

Kommentar von 57893

This was the first tabard available in the game, and the only one for quite some time.

Kommentar von elcohaulic

Bliz' needs to kick down some of those new guild rep points for wearing guild tabards in bg's and pvp events.

What better way to represent your brothaz then to show your colors to the foo'z that you just pwnt?

Kommentar von 801605

Do guild tabards actually help you get extra xp for your guild?

Kommentar von Bart1

Epic buyout price.

Kommentar von jamvaru

so, since reputation is silly, tabards are essentially meaningless, cept to represent, as indicated correctly above... ;>'

questing for reputation is for endgame, when you are bored with winning at everything else

Kommentar von Takata

Only for turning in quests, but I think this guild tabard does nothing. Only the next ones, Illustrious and renowned will help increase guild rep gain when you turn in quests and daily quests.

Kommentar von 1463779

No one else noticed yet that theres a dragon/ragnaros/pumpkin with a evil face/smile logo on the guild tabard?

Kommentar von tooltip

As of Patch 7.0.3, item quality was changed from common to uncommon. It is also now Bind on Pickup.

Kommentar von iPots630

Is there anyway to get guild tabards that dont bind on pickup? I'd like to throw a good amount in my guild bank for my initiates so they can just grab them. I know back in the day you can do this but idk if this is still a thing? Any answers to that?

Kommentar von Ajfree

Currently buying this gives you Wappenrock des ermutigten Dracthyr

Kommentar von Mepoc

As of pre-expansion patch 10.0.0 when i remove a guild tabard from a character and try to put it back on i get the text message "You can never use that item.", and the character says "I'll never be able to equip that."

Kommentar von weltallica

When I log in, The Character Select Screen shows me wearing the Renowned Guild tabard instead of this.

Which looks completely different.

The Guild tabard only appears when I log out.
