Another stupid, poorly thought out event from Blizzard.
They make billions of dollars, put in minimal effort and then are surprised that their customers hate them.
Blizzard sucks more each day.

Midnight Pre-patch Event (5 Weeks)

475 Insigne der Zwielichtklinge is needed to purchase all the items from Materialistin Ophinell.
19 bosses to kill for Zwei Minuten bis Mitternacht and receive Lichtgeschmiedeter Mechanzug.

just a question, wil alts also get the insignia?

Kommentar von jedizombies

As an FYI: the weekly quest is once per week per account and the WQs only give Insignias once per account (remains to be seen if they're per week or just a flat one time Insignia reward)
So far, each rare has a high chance to drop one piece of BoA gear, in my experience it isn't a 100% drop, and will drop 2-3 Insignias.

Just out of interest I have just (21:00 on 28th jan) killed T'aavihan the Unbound for the second time today on the same character and have got 3 insignia for the second kill.
So you can kill the rares multiple times on the same toon and still get insignia (just takes 3 hours to get the second kill)

Kommentar von Jornak

What is the point of offering catch-up gear when you can't farm the currency needed for it? Surely this is not intentional.

Kommentar von daxxlia

so to gather all the currency for the items we need to farm rares for more than 25 hours :(

Kommentar von clvsutil

The Insignias are no longer transferable! I had the impression they were yesterday.

Kommentar von AlaskanDruid

Only 1 WQ per day awards 10 of these. Two weeklies award 40 each for a total of 150 per week. This event runs 5 weeks for a total of 750 for an event that requires.. what? 2k for everything? WTF.

Kommentar von Tengyr

no trinkets, sadge :(

Kommentar von Miga85

Even after making it transferable again, this doesn't show up in the Currency tab of characters with 0 on their person (even with All Warband Transferable selected). So you still have to get the currency to transfer more. I thought we were done with this.

Kommentar von SaraVin2

Can you still spend this currency? Just now all vendors seem to have disappeared. In the past there were always vendors which did not go away. I hope this is also the case for this event :(

Kommentar von Tyrsenus

Looks like this currency was completely removed from the currency window, making it impossible to uncheck "Show on Backpack" if you were tracking it. To remove it, use: /run C_CurrencyInfo.SetCurrencyBackpackByID(3319,false)
