Blizzard has updated their hotfix blog with the hotfixes performed during August 3rd.

Battle for Azeroth Build 27219 Hotfixes - Small Class Tuning and Azerite Power Changes
Blizzard has pushed a new wave of Azerite Power hotfixes to beta, with some minor spec adjustments. This time around, there are plenty of changes to many tank and damaging specs, focusing on traits usually present in the first rings of the Azerite Armor. Overall the changes increase the damage done by those traits.

Battle for Azeroth Build 27219 - Healing Azerite Power Buffs
Together with the
changes announced earlier
, Blizzard seems to have pushed extra healer Azerite Power buffs to live servers! The buff increases how much the powers scale by item level, meaning obtaining an ilvl upgrade will be much more impactful for healing powers.
