Battle for Azeroth Build 27219 Hotfixes - Small Class Tuning and Azerite Power Changes
Blizzard has pushed a new wave of Azerite Power hotfixes to beta, with some minor spec adjustments. This time around, there are plenty of changes to many tank and damaging specs, focusing on traits usually present in the first rings of the Azerite Armor. Overall the changes increase the damage done by those traits.

When dealt damage greater than 10% of your maximum health, gain 97 110 Avoidance and 428 110 Armor for 10 sec.
Heart Strike amplifies your Blood Plague on your primary target for 15 sec, causing it to drain an additional 91 107 health each time it drains.
Casting Defile/Death and Decay impales enemies with bone spikes, inflicting 173 258 Physical damage and healing you for 460 644 per enemy.
Dancing Rune Weapon grants you 142 354 Strength, and each rune spent increases its duration by 0.5 sec, up to a maximum of 5 sec.
Marrowrend has a chance to grant an extra charge of Bone Shield. Bone Shield increases your Armor by 142 118.
When Eye Beam finishes fully channeling, your Haste is increased by 120 390 for 8 sec.
Immolation Aura increases your Armor by 241 216, and causes melee attackers to take 86 173 Fire damage.
Consuming a Soul Fragment shields you, granting 637 1347 Absorb for 3 sec.
Your inner demon slams into nearby enemies at the end of your Fel Rush, dealing 460 1847 Chaos damage.
Demon Spikes increases your Armor by 70 32 every 1 sec, for 10 sec.
Chaos Strike increases your Agility by 28 38 for 12 sec. Stacking this effect does not extend its duration.
Soul Cleave grants you a shield that absorbs 1322 2319 damage, increased by up to 100% based on your missing health.
Every 1.5 sec, increase the damage of Chaos Strike by 18 39 and reduce its cost by 1 Fury. This effect stacks.
Eye Beam deals an additional 450 455 (Blind Fury 675 682 ) damage. Consuming a Soul Fragment reduces the cooldown of Eye Beam by 1 sec 0.7 sec.
Fracture/Shear has a chance to rip Lesser Soul Fragments from up to 4 nearby enemies, dealing 364 730 Fire damage to each.
Blade Dance deals 220 189 additional damage, and the cost of your next Blade Dance is reduced by 5 Fury for each enemy struck by the final slash.
Increases your Mastery by 120 568 and Armor by 482 324 for 10 sec after Survival Instincts expires.
Barkskin reduces melee attacks against you by 188 280 damage.
Mangle extends the duration of your active Frenzied Regeneration by 1 sec, and Frenzied Regeneration restores an additional 273 816 health every sec.
Ironfur increases your Agility by 91 64, and has a 10% chance to grant 2 applications.
When Rapid Fire finishes fully channeling, your Haste is increased by 57 384 for 8 sec.
Kill Command has a 40% chance to deal an additional 340 988 damage and grant your Pet 15 Focus.
Wildfire Bomb drops a small cluster of bombs around the target, each exploding for 115 283 damage.
Bestial Wrath increases your Agility by 288 376 for 8 sec.
Serpent Sting damage applies Latent Poison, stacking up to 10 times. Your Mongoose Bite/Raptor Strike consumes all applications of Latent Poison to deal 132 451 Nature damage per stack.
Barbed Shot has a chance equal to your critical strike chance to grant you 314 248 Agility for 8 sec.
While Trueshot is active you gain 31 102 Critical Strike rating every sec, stacking up to 10 times.
Your pet's Basic Attack deals 71 507 additional damage to enemies suffering from your Serpent Sting.
Steady Shot increases the damage of your next Aimed Shot against the target by 207 515, stacking up to 5 times.
During Coordinated Assault, Mongoose Bite/Raptor Strike increases your Agility by42 52and your Speed by 9 47 for 6 sec. Stacks up to 5 times.
Your primary pet's Basic Attack deals 280 183 more damage for each other pet you have active.
Rapid Fire deals an additional 745 1209 damage over its duration, and each shot has a 30% chance to generate 2 additional Focus.
Raptor Strike deals an additional 99 191damage, Mongoose Bite deals an additional 267 damage, and both reduce the remaining cooldown of Wildfire Bomb by 1 sec.
Harpoon increases the damage of your next Mongoose Bite/Raptor Strike by 910 1194, and reduces its cost by 10 Focus.
Aspect of the Wild increases your Mastery by 113 627, and grants you a charge of Barbed Shot.
Each wave of Arcane Missiles deals 51 89 more damage than the previous one.
Enhanced Pyrotechnics grants an additional 46 189 Haste.
Ice Lance deals an additional 48 1187 damage to enemies recently damaged by your Frozen Orb.
While channeling Evocation, your Intellect is increased by 164 81 every 1 sec. Lasts 10 sec.
Scorch increases the damage the target takes from your Fire Blast by 414 533 for 30 sec.
Arcane Barrage deals an additional 204 1035 damage per Arcane Charge against targets below 20% 35% health.
Fire Blast increases your Mastery by 80 307 for 3 sec.
Pyroblast burns enemies between you and the target for 460 456 Fire damage over 6 sec.
Frostbolt increases the damage of Frostbolt by 47 163, stacking up to 3 times. This effect is reset if you cast Frostbolt at a different enemy.
Arcane Blast deals an additional 125 186 damage and has a 10% 8% chance to generate a second Arcane Charge.
Arcane Explosion deals an additional 18 258 damage. When it damages at least 3 targets, it has a 10% chance to deal an additional 184 1752 Arcane damage to them.
Fireball deals an additional 125 548 damage, and has a 5% chance to launch a second Fireball.
Consuming Hot Streak grants you 30 33 Intellect for 12 sec. This effect stacks up to 3 times.
Ice Lance deals an additional 68 311 damage and reduces the cooldown of Frozen Orb by 0.5 sec.
Icy Veins grants you a charge of Fingers of Frost and increases your Intellect by 127 227 for 10 sec.
Flurry has a 10% chance each strike to call down an icy comet, crashing into your target and nearby enemies for 541 1917 Frost damage.
Arcane Missiles deals 91 37 additional damage for each Arcane Charge you have.
Breath of Fire deals 216 438 additional damage over its duration, and has a chance to summon a Healing Sphere each time it deals damage.
When you Blackout Strike, your Stagger is reduced by 226 1288.
Drinking Purifying Brew while at Heavy Stagger causes your next 3 melee abilities to heal you for 1323 1315.
Expel Harm restores 219 210 health over 6 sec for each Healing Sphere consumed.
Gain up to 189 230 Mastery based on your current level of Stagger.
Blackout Strike deals an additional 623 301 damage. Blackout Strike critical hits grant an additional 1 stack of Elusive Brawler.
While Avenging Wrath is active, your Mastery is increased by 170 409.
Avenger's Shield grants you a shield, absorbing 1151 4200 damage for 8 sec.
Your Blade of Justice critical hits cause the target to burn for an additional 374 4058 Holy damage every 2 sec over 6 sec.
When Guardian of Ancient Kings expires, your Block is increased by 708 2122 for 10 sec.
When Shield of the Righteous expires, gain 708 849 Block and deal 566 395 Holy damage to all attackers for 4 sec.
Judgment deals additional damage when your health percentage exceeds the target's, up to 441 1812 damage.
Your Judgment critical strikes reduce the damage of the target's melee attacks against you by 708 859 for 8 sec.
When Divine Storm damages an enemy who is below 20% health, your Strength is increased by 127 299 for 10 sec.
Avenger's Shield now strikes 4 enemy and grants 57 64 Mastery per enemy struck for 8 sec.
Grand Crusader's chance is increased to 20% and it grants you 226 181 Strength for 8 sec.
Casting Crusader Strike increases the damage of your Crusader Strike by 74 84 for 20 sec, stacking up to 10 times.
Spending Holy Power grants you 5 9 haste for 10 sec per Holy Power spent, stacking up to 20 times.
While at or above 50 60 insanity and not in Voidform, you take 20% less damage.
Your Tricks of the Trade now increases your and the friendly target's damage by 15% 10% for 6 sec.

Rockbiter causes your next melee ability, other than Rockbiter, to deal an additional 379 679 Nature damage.
When your Storm Elemental/Fire Elemental expires, it leaves behind an Elemental to continue attacking your enemies for 20 30 sec. Deals 115 1718 damage per attack.
Stormstrike marks the target as a Lightning Conduit for 30 60 sec. Stormstrike deals 52 309 Nature damage to all enemies you've marked as Conduits.
When you cast Heroism, your Mastery increases by 45 54 every second, stacking up to 20 times.
Dealing Fire damage grants 38 56 critical strike for 12 sec. Dealing Frost damage grants 38 56 mastery for 12 sec. Dealing Nature damage grants 38 56 haste for 12 sec.
Your Earth Elemental spawns Tremors that deal 283 198 Physical damage to enemies within 8 yds every 2 seconds. Earth Elemental's auto attack damage is increased by 283 281.
Every 2 second, reduce the cost of your next Stormstrike by 2 Maelstrom and increase its damage by 28 283. This effect stacks up to 15 times.
Your Lava Burst deals 283 215 additional damage, and your Lava Surge chance is increased to 20% 18%.
Damaging an enemy with Corruption increases the damage of your next Drain Life by 14 35. This effect stacks up to 100 times.
Casting Unstable Affliction on a target affected by your Unstable Affliction increases your Haste by 57 205 for 15 sec.
If your Seed of Corruption detonates early, it deals 250 258 additional damage.
Agony deals up to an additional 108 135 damage and starts with 4 stacks.
Unstable Affliction deals 256 175 additional damage, and casting Unstable Affliction reduce the cooldown of Summon Darkglare by 1 sec.
Thunder Clap deals an additional 182 215 damage and extends the duration of your Demoralizing Shout on affected enemies by 1 sec.
Rampaging an enemy whose health percentage is lower than yours increases your Strength and Stamina by 71 95 for 8 sec.
Execute increases the damage of your next Mortal Strike against the target by 388 1160, stacking up to 2 times.
While Ravager is active/Bladestorming, every 1 sec you gain 46 57 Speed and Ravager's/Bladestorm's damage increases by 91 340. Lasts 6 sec.
Bloodthirst gains 131 138 critical strike rating every 1 sec, up to 1310 1380 rating. This effect resets when Bloodthirst critically strikes.
When Warbreaker/Colossus Smash expires, your Strength is increased by 9 138 for every 10 Rage you spent during Warbreaker/Colossus Smash. Lasts 12 sec.
Raging Blow causes every strike of your next Rampage to deal an additional 23 32 damage. Stacks up to 5 times.
Using Shield Slam increases your Block by 113 151and the damage of your Shield Slam by 93 187 for 9 sec. Multiple applications of this effect may overlap.
When Recklessness expires, your Critical Strike is increased by 94 180 for 5 sec. Your auto attacks will refresh the duration of this effect.
Overpower causes a seismic wave that deals 158 1353 Physical damage to enemies in a 10 yd line.
Your melee abilities have a chance to increase the damage of your next Slam by 910 2602 and reduce its Rage cost by 20.
Warbreaker/Colossus Smash deals an additional 228 3472 damage and generates 10 Rage.
Rampage deals an additional 228 361 damage and generates 1 Rage per strike.
Auto attacks deal 17 523 additional damage and reduce the cooldown of Recklessness by 0.1 sec.
Revenge deals 127 180 additional damage and reduces the damage enemies deal to you by -0.5% for 8 sec, stacking up to 3 times.
Increases Block by 228 181, and blocking an attack deals 273 226 Physical damage to the attacker. Critical blocks deal double damage.
Ignore Pain prevents 318 2147 additional damage, and grants you 94 29 Leech for 8 sec.
