Vicious Gladiator gear is currently not obtainable. Once patch 4.3 released, the Vicious gear was removed from the vendors that previously sold it and was never moved to another vendor. According to Wowhead, the gear was moved to 雷尼·“招牌微笑”·斯莫 in Area 52, Netherstorm but that is now false.

This set is now available to buy again (along with all the other Vicious sets) from Vixton Pinchwhistle in Gadgetzan. The whole shebang will set you back 14,450 Honor.

Fantastic looking set!
Only downside to it, as far as I'm concerned, is that I have a hard time finding a matching weapon for it.
The season 9 weapons doesn't really have the same color scheme.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Preferably a gun but any ranged will do as long as it's not a wand. =P

This armor set can be purchased with honor points from Kylo Kelwin in Dalran or Capps Carlin in Gadetgetzan.

As of 5.2 the total cost is 7225 honor points

Helm - 1100 honor points
Shoulders - 825 honor points
Chest - 1100 honor points
Belt - 825 honor points
Leggings - 1100 honor points
Boots - 825 honor points
Gloves - 825 honor points
Bracers - 625 honor points

This is the only color of this set that is currently available. The purple version Vicious Gladiator's Pursuit and the blue version Vicious Gladiator's Pursuit are not.
