Just bought this and added to a (cloth) belt for science, since the tooltip alone doesn't give much away.

First off, it doesn't count towards your two embellishment cap (as expected, but good to confirm), meaning you can use it as you would (and in addition to) the Alchemical Flavor Pocket.

Secondly, the "improve your dragon isles bandages" basically means 100% extra healing, and isn't interrupted by damage (CC still stops it). Can only be used in the Dragon Isles, so this affect doesn't work in dungeons, raids, or PVP. I'll attach a screenshot.

Thirdly, the wildercloth bandages (rank 3) read "heals 6.3k over 8 seconds". That ain't true - a rank 3 is healing 6.8k per second, for 8 seconds, so 100% increase on that is actually a pretty solid ~13k a tick, or just over 100k after 8 seconds for open world content. Note I tried the base bandage on a level 60, and on a far less geared char (thinking it might scale off int or something), and it was still healing the 6.8k per second, so I'm 99% sure the tooltip is just very bugged.
