How does this talent work? Does it mean that the healing from mindblast (true attonement) is up 40% or that all healing is increased 40% after casting Mindblast.

The tooltip is not so clear to me

For those who didn't understand the talent, it only adds 20 to 40% more heal on your allies on which "atonement" is activated, these 20 to 40% more heal only concern the heal produced by "mind blast".

Personally, I play in 2v2 - 3v3 and I think that if we play with "Power Word: Radiance", "Light's Promise" and "Bright Pupil" then "Stolen Psyche" would be a loss of talent points because we would end up with 2x "Mind blast" less efficient than a single radiance for a cooldown lower than 2x Mind Blast of one second
