Formerly the Artifact ability granted by the sword of the same name, This baseline version is a little bit weaker, but will be with unholy death knights from the time they reach 19 all the way to the level cap, and quite possibly beyond for future expansions.

Even in it's weakened state, it's still a good ability that you should take advantage of, make sure you have at least four wounds on the target so you get the maximum amount of army of the dead minions from this. Also I believe this counts the cosmetic glyph for Army of the dead, meaning if you have that it can summon a variety of undead creatures.

anyone happen to know a way to get this spell to work in macros? nothing I've done has worked, even with the new "known"/ "unknown" modifier.
