These contracts are part of the secret campaign for obtaining the 赛财团受托人的齿轮滑翔器 and the 财团幻变器 in The War Within. Each week for 3 weeks you must make one of these deal and pick up the 3 dead drops inside the Manaforge Omega raid for each cartel. each deal lets you see 1 dead drop that week.

The following macro allows you to track your progress on which cartels you have completed the dead drop:
