The mount is rewarded from Veteran of the Horde (75 win version).
Atleast that's the achievment I have, and I got the mount.

Even though nearly all mounts are BoA, these are not. After you get them on your main character, you may wish to get them on a paladin to raise your max amount of mounts to a higher number for achievements. Paladins have 3 class mounts, the normal 2 and the last from argent tournament. Note: Argent tournament mounts are faction-based as well.

I wonder: If they are bound to a specific character instead to the complete account, do they also count for the mount collection achievments, e.g. A Horde of Hoofbeats?
