This one is locked behind a quick easy puzzle.
First you need to find Lionel the talking fish at 40.65 59.88.
Push it into the water, talk to it and go collect 5 胖乎乎的钳蟹s all along the shore.
After collecting crabs to back to Lionel and feed it. Open spawned chest to collect 蓝玉蟹
This treasure is a part of 多恩岛的宝藏 meta achievement.

On the 多恩岛 you'll probably come across a stranded magic Lionfish 莱昂内尔 which is marked as a treasure. When you come close, he'll ask you for help to get back into the water and eventually ask for a meal to refresh and be able to swim larger distances. You have to interact with some 胖乎乎的钳蟹s on the small island you're on to collect 5x 胖乎乎的钳蟹 and offer them to Lionel. To thank you, he'll leave a Magical Treasure Chest with the 蓝玉蟹 in it.

For me, the chest didn't spawn right away. It took almost an hour before it finally spawned for me. I did disconnect, and when I eventually came back to that spot, the chest was visible for me. So try a relog if it's not there, or wait some time before checking back.

Sapphire Crab Pet (& Lionel Location) Guide - https://youtu.be/xGtkQT688ZU

1. Head to the small island Southwest of Dornogal and find Lionel under a rock pillar on the North tip of the island.
2. Speak to him and kick him in to the water, he will then ask for food.
3. Search the shoreline of this same island for Plump Snapcrabs, they are small and blend in with the sand kinda.
*Tip: Use the foillowing command to target crabs: /tar plump snapcrab
**This will make it much easier to find them.
4. Collect 5 Plump Snapcrab and return to Lionel.
5. Feed Lionel and he will leave behind a treasure chest with the Sapphire Crab pet inside.

The chest didn't spawn for me but I did a /reload and it was there. Relogging also seems to fix it.

For me:
1. i clicked on Lionel
2. then went and got 5 plump crabs
3. after searching around i went back to Lionel and talked to him.
4. fed him the crabs
5. Chest immediately spawned.
Opened chest and got my pet!

I can't believe nobody mentioned this in the comments, but the dialog from the fish is a clear mention of football (Soccer in USA) player Lionel Messi.

Lionel: Did you just...kick me? Use my body like a sports ball? I guess you were trying to help...

Personally, I prefer Cristiano. But good on blizz to add this nice little easter egg.
