To do this, you must find all the elders and honor them by visiting them and completing the quest.
You will always get one 先祖硬币 and one 红包.
There are always two elders on one of the four zones on 卡兹阿加.

Somehow the quest marker is showing for this guy today Silvermoon-EU on the world map without him being there and 3 weeks before Lunar festival actually starts.

Don't go looking for some new quest to complete like I did!
