The Wowhead Beta info for this guy is currently entirely wrong; shows him selling Dragonflight recipes for Artisan Mettle, but he of course sells the new War Within recipes in exchange for the new Artisan Acuity. He's located in Dornogal, deep in the building where the crafting order NPCs are, about 100 ft East of the forge area.

Please note that Crafters get very little acuity from leveling, you'll only have 50ish after crafting everything once, so I recommend you stockpile a lot of acuity before switching to double crafting profs.

--->He sells Knowledge Point books (only show up in his inventory if you currently have the profession). No rep requirement, just need 25 skill in the prof (very easy to get). Each book for crafters gives you 10 knowledge points and 50 artisan acuity; first costs 200, second costs 300, third costs 400. 30 KPs is a lot. For gatherers the books give 15 (instead of 10) KPs and 75 artisan acuity; first costs 200, second costs 300, third costs 400.

--->Blizz finally added a sink for excess mettle/acuity that they needed in Dragonflight. He sells reagent bags for the steep price of 600 acuity; you can choose between herb/ore/skin/cloth/dust. I bought 12 of the ore bags; 1 bag gave an epic LW recipe only, 1 bag gave a rare Ench recipe only, the other 10 bags gave an assortment of all Rank 3 materials, an average of 32 Bismuth, 24 Aqirite, 20 Ironclaw, 2 Null Stones in EACH bag. With Rank 3 mats being much harder to get and more important to crafting score, ~70 ore per bag seems pretty good.

To clear up what may be a little confusion: if you're asking yourself why is he selling 3 different items for 3 different amounts and they all give you the same 10 KP: you can only buy the books once.

Things he sells besides the KP books: profession items plans, plans for weapons, forumlas for your profession, and satchels which are not reagant bags.

DON'T CHOOSE 一袋布料盈余. I got 39 梭绸布. The 一袋草药盈余 has about 4k worth of herbs. It's a better choice.
