Accidentally found him with Little Ko stealthing together at 54,55 55,42 in the current Forbidden Reach (hard to find the correct npc on WoWhead, but this is the first). Talking to him gave me a primal cloak token (probably random what you get).

Found at /way 63.85, 50.74 on the ledge outside the cave, stealthed. When you speak to To'no he will give you a piece of loot which is totally random.

To'no and Little Ko are friendly tuskar NPC siblings that can be meet for first time in Forbidden Reach available during leveling Dracthyr race.
In patch 10.0.7 they can be found in "present" Forbidden Reach as a stealthed Rare with interaction dialogue. Upon talking to them, player can be gifted random item.
After talking to them they will sit in place for ~ 3 minutes and then despawn. You can see them marked as a yellow star on minimap when passing by.

After dialogue with them You will get 托诺的礼物 for 30minutes.
As a gift i got from him 拜荒者布甲护腕. People also reporting other parts of primalist gear and some grey items.

Is there anything special you have to do to find To'no? I check each spot, and I can never find him. I did the rescue quest on my dracthyr and can't find him on that character either. Am I missing something?
