Blacksmithing Specialization Basics
You can learn Blacksmithing specializations starting at level 25 in Dragon Isles Alchemy. Once you reach Blacksmithing 25, you will gain access to the Specializations profession tab, located on the bottom left corner of the Blacksmithing profession menu.
On this UI, you will see options for four distinct specializations. The fourth Blacksmithing specialization, Anvil Mastery, does not require points and is available to delve deeper as soon as you unlock Blacksmithing specializations. For the other three, learning a specialization requires reaching certain Dragon Isles Blacksmithing profession levels, and you can start learning the specializations at any order:
Dragon Isles Blacksmithing 25 grants access to one specialization;
Dragon Isles Blacksmithing 50 grants access to a second specialization;
Dragon Isles Blacksmithing 100 grants access to the third and final specialization.
Each Blacksmithing specialization has a talent tree, and you use
巨龙群岛锻造知识
to track how much knowledge you have. It is currently unknown how to obtain knowledge points, but it will likely come from things like world quests and exploring the Dragon Isles. You need a certain number of points to advance to the next tier, and you will gain additional bonuses for every 5 Knowledge points spent on a specialization talent.
