Lightforged Talbuk Mount - Possible Lightforged Draenei Paladin Mount?

A new build has been deployed on the PTR, and with it, a new mount - the Lightforged Talbuk.
It is currently unknown what this mount is used for, as it is not available anywhere in-game, nor it is displayed in the mount journal. However, its armor is very similar to that of the
Lightforged Draenei Heritage Armor
, so it is currently speculated that this is the new Class mount for Lightforged Draenei Paladins, who currently do not have a Class mount of their own.
