This currency-item is tied to the new Darkspear Rebellion from patch 5.3.

It can be obtained from doing a weekly quest which involves turning in 150 each of Kor'kron Stone, Kor'kron Lumber, Kor'kron Meat and Kor'kron Oil.

It is used to infuse with armor which creates a spec-appropriate item for your class. The base armor drops from the new elites such as Kor'kron Motivator, as well as having a low drop chance from regular non-elite level 90 mobs in The Barrens.
The following armor can be infused with a Radical Mojo:
Latent Kor'kron Belt.
Latent Kor'kron Boots.
Latent Kor'kron Chestpiece.
Latent Kor'kron Gloves.
Latent Kor'kron Helm.
Latent Kor'kron Leggings.
Latent Kor'kron Spaulders.

It can also be used to buy Gahz'rooki's Summoning Stone, a new battle pet based on Gahz'rilla.
You can also use this item to buy Raptorhide Boxing Gloves, an item which can be turned in to the Brawler's Guild to get Challenge Card: Ty'thar. This card currently requires rank 4 or higher in the Brawler's Guild.

The Epic items that are created using these items are ilevel 489 and can be upgraded twice. These will be good items for your alts that you level using the 33% levelling nerf from patch 5.3. As the patch went live today, many people were in groups farming the lumber, stone etc. and when the epic source items would drop people of higher raid gear levels were passing on them. This is a quick way to earn all the the source gear, find a group while doing the daily/weekly farm quests. You get loot significantly faster and if if one of the epics drops, you could get it by default if the members of your group are higher i level than you!

When combining Latern Kor'kron items with Radical Mojo you get 489 ilvl item. Probably not worth doing this quest more than 2 times (just to get pet and barwlers guild quest), since quest takes A LOT OF TIME and gives a very low ilvl item for 5.3 patch :(

I think you need to make sure your loot specialization is set for the type of item you want. I was in Guardian form and gear when doing this, but still got a resto piece, as that's my main and how I set loot when running Throne of Thunder. For other raids I heal but set for Guardian gear. Essentially got boots I didn't need.

I wish you could hand these in for gold, other resources or some of the cosmetic items Ravika sells. This quest is a handy source of VP but the gear is easily outgrown in a week of gearing.

As someone who doesn't raid, the gear you get from this still isn't very worthwhile. The gear I get from rep is better, so far. I'm actually very disappointed that I can't upgrade, especially my weapon and trinkets since no rep seems to sell decent ones. I was so excited when I started getting the gear drops and so far I've used two mojo and only managed to sort of upgrade my chest piece. I honestly don't even see the point of going through the trouble to get all the supplies to finish the weekly quest if that's all you get. What, just a pet? This is story-line game material here, Blizz, give us something worthwhile! I find it hard to believe that Blizz put this in game and all it's really good for is for alts. So far, almost all of my alts are exalted with all the factions... why? Because they do the work orders on their farms. For me, especially for my priest, it's much easier to do her garden all the time and then pop over and buy gear from the reps once she's exalted than it is to run around to kill a bunch of mobs to farm all those supplies. Yeesh.

As of patch 5.4 this item is no longer obtainable. Though if you have them you might want to keep them along with the Latent Kor'Kron pieces for transmog purposes later on.

DO NOT DESTROY THIS ITEM THINKING IT IS WORTHLESS!

While yes it is BoP and seems to offer no benefits to anything there still may be pieces of Latent Kor'kron armor tokens floating around on your server!

I just found a bunch of these gear tokens in our old guild bank and those ARE tradeable! So if you can find the gear tokens on your sever you may still be able to combine it with the mojo to get a sweet mog piece!

I think you are still able to combine the to to get the piece but if someone has tried and was not able to let me know!
