I clicked the potion and nothing happened. I do not have a buff, action bar, or item to use. The objective is not interactable. So I'm not sure if it's bugged or I'm doing something wrong.

If the sword isn't clickable after drinking the potion, relog and it will be fixed.

I don't know why I'm getting so many downvotes, it is *literally* how I managed to fix it, I drank the potion, relogged and it was fixed.

I had the same issue with the sword not been able to interact, and what a I did was to jump between realms, suddendly I was able to interact with the sword after I go back to my realm. Hope this help

For myself drank the potion and nothing i tried realm hop and nothing as well i killed myself and i was able to click the sword i hope that works for others as well

For those who drank the potion and couldn't pull out their swords, committing suicide next to the sword and resurrecting will allow you to pull it out.

Finally I can contribute something.
Sorry if I make a format-mistake.

You need STRENGTH for Excalibur to be lifted!
So get some potions and runes. I play a demon hunter, so I don't have any Item with strength.
I used: 德拉诺强效力量合剂 + 巨龙强化符文 + 力量战斗药水
Also worth mentioning: I clicked the potion next to it like a day before and nothing happened, as the other comment stated, but it still worked as of today.

Have fun pulling it out! ;-P

Seems like it is now fixed with the weekly reset on EU.
The potion was available again and after drinking it I was now able to interact with the sword.
