After 3 days of killing all the new rares in each of the 4 new zones per reset, this was the first to drop.

I have no data on these new mounts dropping before level 90, but as of now with the early midnight access, the 8 new mounts do drop!

Low chance of dropping from every rare in Voidstorm

I can confirm that you can get this before level 90, I got it at 89 from a rare in south Voidstorm.

I was killing any rare that I could find, but this was my first mount to drop. I was lvl 90 and it dropped from Blackcore. I had previously killed this boss once previous day, this was my second kill on him.

I got Sanguine harrower from aeonelle blackstar after maybe 4 or 5 days of clearing rares on my lvl 90 main

I was level 90, killed Voidseer Orivane.
To retain sanity from mount-farming, I've restricted my rare-farming to 4 rares-per-zone exclusively and then I stop for the day. This was my third kill in Voidstorm; it's excruciating but it will drop eventually. Just keep to a routine and don't run yourself ragged.

It's finally over !
After a big month of farming, I finally got all 8 mounts...

A quick recap of my grind for those who like stats :
My experience seems to confirm an average drop rate of around 1/500, with a grand total of 3980 attempts for the whole.

Meanwhile, my farming friends have the following rates :
- the lucky one : the 8 mounts in about 2100 attempts (blessed be he)
- the average one : 4 mounts in just under 2000 try.

The journey was particularly long, especially for the last one, which required 1946 attempts... If you want to collect all 8, know that it's all down to you and your luck.

Finally I got all 8 midnight open world mounts, so here are my observations and statistic:

All rares are eligible to drop one of two mounts in a zone. Once a mount drops, it probably removes it from the loot pool, since i didn't get any duplicates.

Total of 2377 kills for all 8 mounts, droprate avarage for a mount is 0,4%

Eversong:
天蓝陆行鸟 dropped after 915 attempts
钴蓝龙鹰 dropped after 111 attempts

Zul'aman:
阿曼尼锐爪巨鹰 dropped after 729 attempts
逃跑的枯木穿山甲 dropped after 828 attempts

Harandar:
根须猎手恐惧山猫 dropped after 345 attempts
活泼的瓣翼鸟 dropped after 437 attempts

Voidstorm:
强化风暴鳐鱼 dropped after 108 attempts
猩红掠心者 dropped after 197 attempts

I know drops vary for every person here are mine. I've been killing the rares once a day. I read somewhere there was a daily limit but not a weekly limit. Not sure of those numbers but to be safe, once a day killing rares.

Eversong Woods

Zul'aman
- Escaped Witherbark Pango (5th try maybe. Early release.)
- Amani Sharptalon (I think it was first try in early release.)

I have finally looted my last mount and let me tell you, getting 8/8 is one hell of a grind. The droprate is absolutely horrible, and I feel like I was on the lucky side.

Here is the list of my attempts to help with the samplesize / droprates:

Eversong:
天蓝陆行鸟 - 346 attempts
钴蓝龙鹰 - 1206 attempts

Zul'aman:
阿曼尼锐爪巨鹰 - 195 attempts

Okay, so I think they increased the drop chance of these. I initially got my first 3 (both from Voidstorm and another from ZA) just by leveling characters and casually killing rares. I got these in under 100 attempts combined. Today (5/27/26), I really wanted to start grinding them, as I saw a lot of people were at 1000+ attempts.

My method was: Multiboxing with four accounts, two characters using Sandstone Drake and the other two riding. I used a fifth account to park in whatever zone I was farming to help with server hopping. Granted, I played for about ~8 hours today straight and probably used ~80 characters, I wound up getting the other five mounts I needed during that time.
