Bag I got had mysterious torch, bottle of mysterious wisdom, fortuitous satchel and a couple pieces of vendor trash. So far the gear seems to share the same appearance as the timely tourist sets from the anniversary event.

The first daily satchel 完好的神秘背包 has a greater chance to contain more items and better quality equipment.

风化的神秘背包 seems to only contain fun consumables, not gear.

The winds of fortune blow in your favor during this event. While questing and adventuring in certain Dragonflight and The War Within zones, players below level 80 can gain Mysterious Satchels bursting with goodies while looting creatures or as a bonus reward from completing quests.

Mysterious Satchels contain various unique and valuable items, including temporary stat boosts, visual alterations, a chance for bonus gear appropriate to your level and specialization, and 10% experience potions that stack with the 20% experience buff to a maximum of 30%. If you think Mysterious Satchels are amazing, then you’ll love Pristine Mysterious Satchels. The first Mysterious Satchel drop you earn daily will be Pristine quality, giving you a greater chance to earn even more valuable rewards.

I have recieved the 完好的神秘背包 upon killing a "none repeatable rare" (today 扭曲之角) in War Within zones on all 8x lvl 70s as the first mob I killed.

Did waking shores on my warrior and must of got in excess of 10+ epic bags, many blue and many green, I went into Ohn'ran Plains only needing 1 remaining weapon transmog (polearm) got it within the first 1/4 of the zone, so warrior transmog wise is done, now to do it on other class/combinations to get the remaining transmogs

Anyone tested if the armor/weapon dropped from these satchel scale to your lvl when opening or receiving? is it worth holding on to them until you're higher lvl?

edit: i tested it and they did not scale. So no use to hold on to them.

I love their included the night elf mohawk grenade <3 :D its so awesome to have it back! farming this event until I got a bunch of them, but unfortunately only soulbound =P

After opening about one hundred of these across twenty or so alts, I can say that the items you get are heavily skewed towards weapons. It's been around 10 to 1 in favor of weapons. Good luck if you are a transmog collector trying to collect the armor pieces.

Guaranteed drop from the first elite mob you kill every day. With an alt army + follower dungeons, you can farm these extremely quickly - the first mob in Ruby Life Pools is an elite, or Darkflame Cleft if you're level 71+.

~~If you just want to mogs like me, you can run the RLP follower with at class trial.~~
Actually, since there is a weekly limit on trials, it's better to just create an allied race that starts at lvl 10

Create the class trial you want, insta Q RLP follower, kill first mob and loot bag.
Log out, delete it and create another one until you want to wait a bit and repeat.

Edit: As mentionned in other comments, the daily bag is very weapon-centered
However, you can loot a blue bag every 20-30 minutes from random mobs.
These are armor-centered.

Quest ID to track picking it up in addons like SavedInstances is 86695. Resets daily.

Alternatively, you can check if you've completed it on a character with
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(86695))

On a level 80 character, the buff says that they eligible for the daily bonus, but the 完好的神秘背包 does not seem to be dropping on them. Has anyone been able to get these to drop on a level 80?

Very surprised to get one of these, which dropped off a mob on Tol Barad Peninsula. The two characters in the party were level 54 and 62 in Chromie Time and warmode. So apparently not restricted to current content.

These don't need to be on XP-giving enemies to drop. I had one drop while doing my weekly Molten Core run for the eye, on a level 70 warrior.

just had my 1st one ever droip on a lvl 17 in ungoro crater don't think thats supposed to happen but who knows

Unable to open these at level 80. Make sure you open any you have in your inventory before you hit 80.

I just wanted to say that this item dropped for me today in Maldraxxus after killing a "Steelspine Veteran" at the entrance to the Seat of The Primus.
It contained some garbage, a fortuitous satchel (30-slot bag) and a mysterious shank (a level 78 epic dagger).

I've been playing pretty much every day across many different zones since this was added in patch 11.1.5 and have never seen this drop until just now when I got it from killing a Green Slime in the House of Plagues area of Maldraxxus. As an ilvl 157 Fury Warrior (lvl 85) who has not yet dived into Midnight, imagine my delight upon discovering it contained an ilvl 172 Mysterious Waraxe (Two-hand no less!). From previous comments, it seems this should have been dropping pretty regularly all along, so I'm curious as to why I'm only just seeing it now... Suspect it may be due to today's maintenance possibly including a bug fix or somesuch...

seems you get this from any kill, not necessarily ones that give you xp
