Been experimenting with these, seeing how fast I can get my base movement speed to with Tinkers, Cogwheels, and these Prismatic gems, combined with the Speed stat on gear. Seems to cap at 186.0%? Sad day.

You can convert Prismatic gems into currency by scrapping them with 拆解之沙
Rank 1 gems = 10 青铜
Rank 2 gems = 30 青铜
Rank 3 gems = 90 青铜
Rank 4 Legendary gems = 270 青铜

Looks like speed is capped out at 49%, equates to about 5,000 speed. Not sure of exact amount
Anything over this looks like needs to be socketed items or class buffs such as hunter trailblazer

Pursuit of justice appears to add 8%, however if you are near the speed cap then the amount is less, for me my base speed is 45% so this only adds 4%.
I wonder what else you can have the would give you more speed

Speed Runners, this gem really isn't worth your time in Remix.

In Remix, they have tertiary speed, they also have 完美迅捷猫眼石 gems to increase your speed. Don't use them. Just use the gear/gems with tertiary stats that maximize your best combat stats.

This is in your best benefit. Reason being your 永恒潜能披风 gains tertiary speed through 时空奔行者的优势, and speed is maxed out somewhere around 5,000 speed (give or take a bit), or 49% speed total.

Do NOT waste your gold and try to max out gear with speed on it, you won't gain any extra speed past that 5000/49%. Instead work to max out your gear with the best combat stats, and as you do that, you'll reach way over 5,000 speed on your cloak (as of today 6/22/24 my gear has 5,315 speed).

It is unfortunate they capped speed, would have been fun to also be able to run around at an ungodly speed in places like timeless isle and in instances, however that being said, if you had 300% movement speed while running (no mount), and could kill most anything in about 10 seconds, you'd have a truly unfair advantage over a lot of players, so I can see why blizz limited this.
