Contained in Small Box of Vials - I found it in a tent in Slagfell Hold, no idea if it's the only location. Can't currently get coordinates.

The box contains six vials, each assigned with a letter B, D, N, O, E, K , the only anagram I can find is BONKED

Each vial has the tooltip "Fill the Vial"

You get this item after looting 一小箱瓶子 which contains 6 vials which need to be filled from certain places of the world.

They are labeled as E, N, K, B, O and D which stands for the zones they have to be filled.
Please note the letters are located so the spanish game version they vials label would be: RdE, R, K, IA, T and D.

E = Eatern Kingdoms have to be filled in the fountain at Duskwood, behind the Emeral Dream druid portal. (49.12, 33.31)
K = Kalimdor, can be filled at any fountain in Moonglade. I've used the one right after you spawn from the Emeral Dream portal. (67.22, 60.73)
N = Northrend can be filled at the Stars Rest (Dragonblight) (29.30, 55.61)
B = Broken Isles, can be filled at Thas'talah (Val'sharah), (46.67, 71.92)
O = Outland, can be filled in the fountain located at the Cenarion Refugee Zangarmarsh, (80.34, 65.05)
D = Draenor, south of Alliance garrison there's a small outpost at Shadowmoon Valley called Starfall Outpost (29.67,24.15)

After you fill them all you can combine them into 凝结月光, which needs to be used next to the Feral Dreamstone.
You can find the Feral Dreamstone in the new Emeral Dream zone around (41.67, 66.91) laying on the ground.

After using it, a 月福之爪 will appear where the Feral Dreamstone was, and if you use it, you will unlock a new Feral apparence in the barbershop.

Found out that, if you're a Worgen druid and haven't completed the Heritage Armor questline, there's a chance of the Twilight Grove moonwell not working. I guess you're phased incorrectly or something. I went to the Wetlands location and it worked fine.

FYI; there is a portal now from Emerald Dreamway to Amirdrassil on Azeroth (south of Bel'Ameth) so you can use that go back to dragon isles quickly.
The portal is not marked on the map but it is at the west between Moonglade and Feralas portals.

This can be looted near World Quest in Emerald Dream, 一小箱瓶子 @ /way #2200 54.93, 25.43 Small Box of Vials (DRUID)

The bottles are Labeled as E, N, K, B, O and D indicates the zones you need to visit to fill it up.
