It can be bought from Maztha in Valdrakken (/way #2112 27.25 47.15) for 50 Riders of Azeroth Badge.
It will turn your Winding Slitherdrake, quite yellow.

I'm confused by this item, I already have yellow scales for my Winding Slitherdrake without purchasing this, and no other, yellower option seems to exist in previews.

Unless you LOVE yellow, this is so similar to the bronze skin that I was fully underwhelmed. Wish they'd stuck to teal.

What a huge disappointment, it's basically identical to the bronze scales. :( I really, really wish I'd checked what these looked like before doing all those races. Maybe I should've realised that 'yellow' wouldn't be that different from 'bronze, but I had faith. So uh, anyone reading this: Unless you're a completionist, don't bother. Noooot worth it.
