For those who are shopping for the mats. I had to figure it out so I figured I would share my numbers. There are too many recursive ingredients.
This works for both the intellect 耀光群岛之柱 and the Agility 动能群岛之柱 Staffs.

6 Cosmic Ink which requires a total of:
3 Iridescent Water
3 Awakened Frost
3 Serene Ink
6 Burnished Ink
3 Runed Writhebark

10 Runed Writhebark (for a total of 13 Runed Writhebark) which requires:

65 Rousing Air
65 Writhebark
13 Flourishing Ink
13 Chilled Runes

8 Chilled Runes (plus the 13 for the Runed Writhebarik) for a total of 21 Chilled Runes:

105 Rousing Frost
21 Serene Ink

plus 2 Spark of Ingenuity and 160 Primal Chaos provided by client

If you have to make inks, you will also need:

24 Serene Ink + 12 for the Burnished Ink = 36
13 Flourishing Ink + 12 for the Burnished Ink =25
12 Blazing Ink for the Burnished Ink
37 Iridescent Water (40 with Cosmic total above)
74 Shimmering Pigment (from Hochenblume)
18 Serene Pigment (from Bubble Poppy)
25 Flourishing Pigment (from Writhebark)
6 Blazing Pigment (from Saxifrage)
37 Draconic Vial

the recipe difficulty of this item 300 and when someone add 炼金风味袋 (+25 recipe difficulty) + any missive Q3 (+15 recipe difficulty) + 浓缩原始注能 (+50 recipe difficulty) sum=390 but for the first time its 420 recipe difficulty and when you want recraft this item sum = 390 recipe difficulty i think its a bug or i dont know
