Gives me 31 agility with an Agility Flask (BfA's new one) on.

This thing is ridiculously underpowered even for it's item level.

What happened to alchemists getting decent starter trinkets of lowest tier epic quality at the start of expansions? Those were always pretty useful, but between this and the Surging Alchemist Stone, we've been screwed over in BfA. Compared to say Leather workers, Tailors and Blacksmiths who can make ilvl 355 BoP items with a bunch of Hydrocores and Expulsoms, we're f***ed :/
