I have yet to see the proc from my healing spells in the days I've had the trinket. Has anyone else experienced such a low proc rate as I have?

Perhaps it is bugged and only procs when dealing damage.

This appears to proc off of any healing spell. I have a MWF version (645) and it gives around 6k Haste. It appears to be a 20% (or so) chance to proc. This does proc off of Shadow Mend as well. *EDIT* Doesn't appear to proc off of Shadow Mend as Shadow anymore.

Does the solemnity proc trigger from atonement healing too?

It seems to proc rather infrequently as is, but hadn't directly noticed whether it procs from atonement.

the trinket is 850 Mythic 2 warforged, doesn't seem to proc as often as I'd like and not sure whether to keep it around if it isn't triggering off atonement.

My char is around 20% haste, and I've been seeing +/- 1 proc a minute, or 15-25% uptime of the buff as a resto druid in longer raid fights (5-10 min). It really does help when it proc, and the uptime is high enough that I find it useful, although the randomness can make it less useful in certain fights/specs than others.

When it procs, you appear to drink a potion, which you continue to hold in your hand for a short time afterwards.

I had this ilvl 885 in my weekly chest. I quickly went into lfr to test it. According to Details! on a 2:38 min 萨维斯 fight, the buff uptime on this trinket was 6.3%.

I then tried Trail of Valor lfr. the results are as follows on a resto druid 28.49% haste:

11.2% Odyn (4:27 min)
18.3% Guarm (3:39 min)
21.4% Helya (5:27 min)

I was alive and healing during all encounters. Helya had less to heal than Odyn and Guarm. I feel the variation in uptime is inconsistent.

Bought a trinket unlockable in Argus, praying it doesn't give me a terrible single stat trink with some sort of wonky "on equip".

So of course I get this. Since it only works in combat, thought I would try it out at the garrison. It procced right away then once after that. Continued to heal, going thru all my pally's mana without a single other proc. Color me not impressed. Love that rng.

In the course of roughly 1-1.5 days I spammed this dungeon 59 times during the Legion Timewalking event running from 17-23 august 2022 (EU) as a Holy Priest. Mostly +2s but some as a higher key.

For the largest part of these runs my loot spec was set to "Current Specialization" but at some point I swapped this to Holy.

I have not seen this trinket drop once.

EDIT: after 70 runs (total) in the extended week of TW this finally dropped

Got it on resto but still use it on moonkin.
It procs from 愈合 hot.
About 25-28% uptime on raid bosses
