Judging by both the name and the association with Natalie Seline, this is ~~most likely~~ the Shadow Priest off-hand.

If you do the scenario as Discipline or Holy you will find only the dagger 萨拉塔斯，黑暗帝国之刃 in your bags, don't be scare about miss the off-hand 虚空的秘密, it will be there when you activate Shadow spec :)

If you reset your artifact weapon (the talents/traits) you DONT lose any artifact power except for the artifact power you pay for the reset!

Seems a flaw with Legion Artifact transmog is that when you use the appearance you are forced to also use the off-hand or main-hand, even if you wanted something different. This wasn't a problem when you had the weapons equipped, since they counted as separate pieces, but say, if you preferred Thal'kiel's skull, but liked a particular dagger? Short of equipping the outdated and weakened artifact, you have to have both appearances, even if only one really works for your set. I hope one day Blizzard rectifies this, as I used to change the dagger for my main-hand all the time and I'd prefer to change this off-hand book for another more fitting for the Absolution Regalia (Divine Companion) while still using the main-hand dagger. At present, it does not seem like this is an option.

Why does it now how up in the game for me? I have Xal'atath equipped and it equips this next to it. I can see the book in the character select screen but not in-game. If I transmog it to something that thing shows up, if I transmog it to another book, however, it doesn't show up either..
