It is worth noting that all of these new profesion scrolls allow you to increase your skill cap to 700, even if you only have 1 skill.

No more visiting trainers every 75 skill!

Especially helpful for gathering professions.

This scroll upgrades your maximum Alchemy skill to 700 (炼金术).
On 2014-08-30 (beta patch 18764) this taught me the following recipes in addition to the maximum skill upgrade:

For Horde players - Don't do what I did and leave the quest 炼金师 pending while you head over to Ashran, explore the town, find the Alchemy seller, pay 90g for this item, then come back do the quest line, only to receive this item for free as a quest reward.

Blizzard really should either make it possible to sell back the quest item at the same price you buy it from vendor if you already learnt it or convert the item to gold as a quest reward straight away. It's not nice to have spent 100g and than finding out it can easily be obtained through a quest. 100g down the bloody drain :S

Here is how I am leveling up my alchemy from 1-600 easily.

I bought the Treatise from the alchemy vendor in Ashran and then went to the auction house and bought up a ton of Crescent Saberfish flesh & the Crescent Saberfish themselfs and used that to make crescent oil.

You can pay 90g to get this item from a vendor in ashran's capital.
The vendor is shown at the beginning of this video and this video also shows you the fastest way to level alchemy from 1-700.

This is also purchasable for 80g from Katherine Joplin (Alliance) in Stormshield. Much easier than trying to farm it IMO.
