Again faction for killing mobs, when Blizzard announced there would be no daily quests, I had assumed they had found a way to allow players to still gain faction by questing. Kill faction was not funny with the Emperor and I think it will not be funny here either.

The Council of Exarchs, also known as the Hand of the Prophet, are the leaders of draenei society, answerable only to the Prophet Velen himself. There are five members of the Council, each leading a sect of draenei society: The Artificers, the engineers and craftsmen; the Auchenai, or "death priests", guardians of the holy tomb-city of Auchindoun; the Rangari, or "Eyes of the Prophet", the scouts and rangers; the Sha'tari, the people of Shattrath; and the Vindicators, the holy warriors.

The Council appears to have been abandoned following the collapse of draenei society, as there is no mention of it in the present day and numerous Exarchs are found scattered across Azeroth and Outland. The Triumvirate of the Hand may be some form of replacement for it, at least to some extent.

The Council of Exarchs is allied with the Alliance, but are not members of it.

I just finished my rep grind tonight. Most of the premade groups on my server were at Socrethar's Rise, but my last group tried Pillars of Fate, and we got the grind done so much faster over there.

Fly to Akeeta's Hovel in Shadowmoon, and travel southeast along the path to Pillars of Fate. Up on the cliffs to the left you'll find the void portals. If you're in a good group, you can split the group in half. Half goes in the void portals, the other half stays in the regular zone. You can farm twice as many mobs that way, and you get the rep points for what's going on in both zones at the same time. Cuts the grind time by quite a bit.

A few tips to get the most bang for your buck in the farming areas:

The first tip is that rares spawning in these areas are worth more rep (50), so hit them when you see them! There's about five that spawn in Socrethar's Rise, two to three at Darktide Roost, and one or two at the Pillars of Fate.

Another tip is that on the top rise of the Pillars of Fate is a stonehenge with a couple Shadowmoon Void Augurs channeling into a portal. If you take the portal, you get transported to an alternate reality with a lot of shadow mobs. These shadow mobs are more tightly packed than those in the normal Pillars of Fate and give more reputation a pop, so they are great for farming.

While in the alternate reality you will have a purple power bar. When it runs out, you will be kicked back out to the normal world. You can pause the countdown of the power bar by standing in the bubbles or turning into a Void Amalgamation, which is a buff that comes from killing a lot of the shadow mobs at once. Just know your damage as a 110+ will be severely diminished while a Void Amalgamation, though you can still pull things for your pets to smash if you're a hunter or warlock.

Finally, mobs at Darktide Roost drop batteries that you can use to command the goblin shredders in the area. While these are probably great if you're farming at level, they're pretty pitiful in comparison to your own abilities once you're 110+, though they might more easily pull more mobs at once (depending on your class).

I was half way Revered from doing the quests in Shadowmoon and Talador while leveling. I came to Socrethar's Rise during the Timewalking event and got to Exalted in about 2 hours with breaks.

During Timewalking:
Demons give 24 rep
Sisters give 12 rep
Initiates give 7-8 rep
Imps and small mobs give 1-2 rep each usually in a pack
I hit about 7-9 Rare mobs giving 75 rep
